I have a return envelope with Ink Program used Cartridges, where do I take the bag to return it

I m a new member on the HP Ink Program, I have some used cartridges to return, I have the Plastic Return Envelope which has a French Postal code, I live in the UK, will the British Post Office accept my  Free Post Envelope or, does it require depositing in a special delivery compnay ?
