I have an Instant Ink subscription and need ink. I thought it would ship automatically since it has in the past. How do I order new ink?

If you have an Instant Ink subscription for your HP Deskjet 2755 All-In-One Printer and you're not receiving ink automatically as expected, here are some steps you can take to order new ink.

 

  1. Check Instant Ink Status: Make sure your Instant Ink subscription is active and there are no issues with your account. You can log in to your HP Instant Ink account on the official Instant Ink website to check the status.

  2. Verify Printer Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. Instant Ink relies on the internet to communicate with your printer and monitor ink levels. If your printer is not connected, it may not be able to order ink automatically.

  3. Check Ink Levels: Verify that your printer is reporting low ink levels. If the ink levels are not low, the system may not trigger an automatic shipment. You can check ink levels from your printer's control panel or through the HP Smart app.

  4. Manually Order Ink: As a temporary solution, you can manually order ink through your Instant Ink account. Log in to your account on the Instant Ink website, navigate to the "My Plan" or "My Account" section, and look for an option to manually order ink.
