I have been charged for printing i never did and the roll over pages don't work. HP have been taking money from my account for something I never used. Has anyone else had this issue? I posted a letter complaining and listing the money they took out of my account over the last few months/years but they never replied. 

Does anyone know how to contact them for complaints and to stop the subscription and be able to use the last cartridges i have and paid for over the last 6 years? Crazy that if i stop my subscription i can't use the cartridges. I've probably only printed 30 pages in the last year but paid at least £40 in bills.

It seems like you are experiencing issues related to charges for printing you never did and non-functional rollover pages within the HP Instant Ink subscription service. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:

 

Verify Charges and Usage: Check your HP Instant Ink account for details on the charges and verify your print history. Make sure there have been no unauthorized usages.
