Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country/region of your HP account.

Then you need to follow next steps:

(1) Cancel your Instant Ink account in first country

• HP Instant Ink UK-England

(2) Then enroll in a new Instant Ink service in your own country.

• HP Instant Ink Slovakia

Steps for Moving Your HP Instant Ink Account to Another Country/Region

If you need to move your HP Instant Ink service to another country/region, follow the instructions below. Since Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country/region of your HP account,

you'll need to cancel your existing account and create a new one:

1. Cancel Your Current Instant Ink Account:

   • Sign into your Instant Ink account.
   • Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.
   • Scroll to Plan Details.
   • Click Cancel my HP Instant Ink Subscription and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

2. Create a New HP Account in the Desired Country/Region:

   • Visit the HP Account Creation page.
   • Follow the instructions to create a new HP account using an address in the desired country/region.

3. Enroll Your Printer in the New Account:

   • Set up your printer with the new HP account.
   • Enroll your printer in the Instant Ink program through the Instant Ink website.
