My printer warranty expired in. Feb 2026. I have issues with my black ink printing and HP wants to send me a free early cartridge because that may solve the problem. Thank you HP! But this doesn’t help at all if it’s not the cartridge nor does it help with getting invoices printed today. I’m told it will be a few days to have the new cartridge and when asked if I can pick one up from the store to install now and get a credit for it, I was told “no”. Is this normal? This is my second printer from HP and the same things happened the first time. I thought it was just an isolated incident but this is seemingly too common for me.
