Product: HP OfficeJet 3833 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Office jet 3833 printer. when I bought it I signed up for regular supply of ink as necessary. My ink usage has been very low over the time I have had the printer. Two or three weeks ago it stopped printer in colour. I thought that HP monitored my printer to check status of the ink?

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Yes, that is the way it is supposed to work.

The service depends on regular connection via Web Services -

The printer should notify the service when it is time to send a shipment.

 

If you have not done so by now,

Contact Instant Ink Support and ask for help

OR

Wait here in the Community for an agent to find and respond to your concern.

Waiting might not be as fast as you contacting Support - waiting usually works.
