Hi,
I had a printing issue, contact HP and after troubleshooting, they arranged a shipment of new ink cartridge. It was sent on priority and I was told I will receive it in next 3-4 days. That was on 24th Jan.
Since 25th Jan, tracking of shipment shows it is stuck in Germany due to missing paperwork which HP need to provide.
I contacted HP on 28-Jan and again yesterday on 30-Jan. I was promised prompt action on both occasions but still as of today, 31-Jan, HP has not submitted required paperwork and shipment is still stuck in Germany.
HP is unable to provide any timeline when they will take action. During chat they mention it has been elevated and I will receive ink soon but do not provide me a date or timeline when they will take action to resolve this,
If anyone within HP i reading this, please take some action to resolve my issue.
