I am on a monthly program, and my printer recently ran out of black ink. The problem is that the ink status is not getting updated and the printer tells me there is still enough ink even though the cartridge is empty. I cannot get it to change status even though I have removed the cartridge and restarted the printer several times. When I check for future delveries it says I will get a new one in two months. How can ! get my printer to update the status to say it is empty? I reelly need new ink now!
