HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One

I recently cancelled my HP instant Ink but decided to renew it for the 10 page per month package.I still have instant ink cartridges installed in the printer but it still stay you need to enroll. I tried to remove and reinstall my printer and I still get the same error message. Even in the setup menu, it says this printer is already enrolled with HP instant ink.

It might be too late -- after the final billing, all subscription cartridges lock and cannot be used in any printer.

Regardless, the situation can be sorted with the help of an agent or a member of the Instant Ink Support team.

We do have this information:

HP Instant Ink - Stopping a Cancellation

Instant Ink >> Details / How-to / Articles / >>>> Contact Information <<<<

 -- No Joy?

Comments, questions, objections, or need information not found online at the  Get HP Instant Ink Support Website ?

Your faster option:

Contact the team at  HP Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.

OR

You may continue to wait here in the HP Community for an agent to find and respond to your question.

When necessary, Agents can access private information.

Waiting is not faster – our HP Community is not  HP Instant Ink support  – Waiting generally works.

Hello Dragon-Fur,

Thank you for replying. Are you implying that the instant ink I have right now is not useable even if I renew it my instant ink subscription?

@Aaron2023

You are welcome.

I have to be careful how I answer...

If the original contract was fully cancelled and the final billing is past,

then

The contract states that the subscription cartridges lock and cannot be used in any printer.

I believe it's all about timing.

That said, I do not have -- and do not want -- access to your private account information.

and

I cannot judge whether the re-enrollment process is enabled, disabled, locked, or in some other state.

That's why I suggest, if you can do so, contact Instant Ink Support during business days / hours of support.

It's usually faster to call than wait...Waiting generally works, too.

Oh... This is not HP support? I thought the support team could pitch in too in here. Maybe I should call then.

Common mistake..  🙂

Our HP Community is embedded in the HP website.

We are a separate group.

We are not HP Technical Support and we are not HP Instant Ink Support.

We are a user forum.  We are good people, but not who you need right now...

We do have HP agents that work in the Community and can answer questions that require access to private data.

Agents are few and the questions are in the thousands each month -- it's a battle to keep up.

Yes, call if you can -- wait if you cannot call.

Good Luck.
