HP Officejet 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I moved to Mexico, and could not successfully order compatible cartridges for my trustworthy HP Officejet Pro 8600. So I dumped that printer & just bought a new HP Officejet 9010 from Best Buy in Guadalajara. Best Buy advertised HP Instant Ink, which is the only  reason I went with the 9010. Now I am trying to enroll in Instant Ink, but I can't get them to ship to Mexico. I have a mail forwarding service in Texas, but I'm afraid HP will send me incompatible ink cartridges again. How do I resolve this problem?

@Scooter5562, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Unfortunately, you cannot enroll in the HP Instant Ink Program. Find below the list of supported countries-

I personally would recommend you use regular ink without enrolling. Though there is mail forwarding service available the ink service may not be very convenient.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
