I want a refund for my printer. I 've been paying $12/month starting when my wife was in school.  It made me sick to sign up then, and I'm outraged now.  I have 900 rollover pages and 300 pages. I've used about five. You keep billing me, but you are not sending the ink, and if I have cartridges I don't use after I cancel the plan, I can't even finish them up.

Oh, I forgot to mention the times that we were printing more, and I didn't have instant ink cartridges so I have to print elsewhere?  If you surge, you're screwed.
