To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information
Kindly share the images of the ink levels you are seeing and also, let me know if you are getting any errors or warnings about ink depleting and needing replacement.
Meanwhile, I would also need a few details about your instant ink account related.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
