Product: Deskjet plus 4130

I have been trying to sign up for the hp instant ink account for the moderate usage setting.

However now my ink has run out and I can’t print the code that is needed when you press x and i.

@Yvette10, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You will need ink in the ink cartridges to print the claim code. As this printer does not have a touch screen, the claim code has to be printed out. For this, you will have to replace the empty ink cartridges. 

Note: If only one cartridge is empty, remove it and try to print the page with the remaining cartridge.
