Ordering OfficeJet Pro  (14.99_month) and 100 printed pages per month (included) totalling $14.99 but you are tryiibg to charge $16.99 whixh is an extra $82 in this plan. Overview wasted.tpp much time on this already. I want to place the order but I'm not paying more than your advertised fee amount. 

 

Please correct this right away or im just going to buy something on Amazon, this isn't Rocket Science! Om really frustrated going through hoops and I have.still not gotten a human.

If you are experiencing discrepancies with your HP Instant Ink billing, such as being charged $16.99 instead of the expected $14.99 for the OfficeJet Pro plan, here’s what you can do to resolve the issue:
