I am not able to navigate the online support systems. I cannot find a way to get Customer Support to call me. My questions are too complicated to use the virtual system. The problem isn’t complicated, I cancelled my Instantink account and now my printer - won’t print, won’t connect wirelessly, and won’t accept a cartridge sent to me by HP. Since I cannot get on wireless with my printer, I cannot re sign up for Instantink. Somebody please help. I just keep getting emails that say my account is cancelled.

@Tita505, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Since you cancelled the instant ink subscription, you will have to remove the instant ink cartridges and use the standard HP cartridges for your printer.

If you are looking to re-enroll,
You will have to wait till the end of the billing cycle post cancellation

1. Sign into your account:
Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account
Business: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account

2. Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.

3. Click the Keep Enrollment button at the top of the page to reinstate your account. The button appears until the end of the billing cycle.

4. If the Keep Enrollment button does not appear, then the cancellation has been finalized. Click Enroll or Replace a Printer or Enroll a Printer to enroll the printer and follow the steps to re-enroll the printer.
