I understand that you need a copy of your HP Extended Warranty (Care Pack) certificate/card but are unable to locate it. I'll be glad to guide you.

Could you kindly let us know:

  • Whether the extended warranty was purchased directly from HP or through a retailer?

You can also check your email inbox for the original Care Pack registration or warranty confirmation email .
