I am requesting more ink cartridges. I have been paying for about two years now, and have not received any ink. According to my printer I do not need any, but my print quality is very bad. I have cleaned the cartridges. I have followed the steps. I have done everything I can, but I need those ink cartridges replaced.

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I am sorry to hear that print quality is very bad and you have cleaned the cartridge and would like to replace the ink Cartridge. I would request you to let me know if your referring to Instant Ink?

Also, I would request you to please follow the below steps and print a quality report.

Navigate the Menu:

  • Tap on Setup.
  • Select Print Reports.
  • Print Quality Report:
  • Choose Print Quality Diagnostic. The report will automatically print.
