Product: Hp envy 6055

Hi I ordered my printer this year and got it. I ran out of ink and it was shipped on the 13 of January. I should have recieved ink by now, there is no tracking number and I have been trying to find out where I can contact a real HP person but I am unable to! I ordered a cartridge bag yesterday or the day before and it already got here!! Im very disappointed.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
