I'm being assessed a 13-page usage calculation that I believe is unfair. I needed those pages to complete a diagnostic review and problem solving issue when my HP Envy 4516 refused to print in color. I would like to receive credit for those problem solving pages. How can I contact Customer Support via phone or e-mail to discuss this usage issue? Thank you for any suggestions you might have.
