Solved!

I need to talk with (or e-mail with) HP Instant Ink Customer Support. Where is the contact info?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm being assessed a 13-page usage calculation that I believe is unfair.  I needed those pages to complete a diagnostic review and problem solving issue when my HP Envy 4516 refused to print in color.  I would like to receive credit for those problem solving pages.  How can I contact Customer Support via phone or e-mail to discuss this usage issue?  Thank you for any suggestions you might have.

Thank you very much for guiding me to HP Instant Ink' chat line service.  This is Saturday here and the chat line is down until Monday so I'll have to pursue my question then.  I think I'm on the right track now, thanks to you.
