HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer

I paid for years 54.99 a month sometimes barely maxing out 200 pages. I call that a great customer except I did not use it 17 months at all. Holiday comes and I have no money or card and want to print for my children who I do not get to see and get to empathy for the 694.08 cent of sheets I never printed. Seems like it is always a problem when I need it most. Now my printer hardly works for the dust on it. The quality sucks.

@2live4em,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉

I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

I totally understand how frustrating it must be to deal with these issues when you really need to print something special. 🥺 Even though you haven't used the Instant Ink service recently, the subscription is charged monthly as part of the plan.

However, don’t worry! If you’re not planning to use it for a while, you can easily pause or cancel your Instant Ink subscription anytime, and whenever you’re ready to print again, you can always resume it without any hassle.

If you need any help with pausing or canceling the subscription, just let me know! I’m happy to assist you. ❤️

you can also refer this guide on instant ink management.

Troubleshoot Printer Issues: If your printer isn’t working well due to dust, try cleaning the printer and checking for any updates or troubleshooting guides in the printer settings.

Print Quality Issues: To improve print quality, ensure you’re using the right type of paper and check the ink levels or perform a print head cleaning.

I’m pretty confident this will do the trick! But hey, if you run into any bumps along the way or need a little extra help, just give me a shout! I’ve got your back. 💪
