Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I put a new black ink cartridge in and the printer says: cannot print. visit hpinstantink.com, which I did. When I logged into my account it said my warranty has expired in Jan 2020. I bought a new computer in Jan 2024 and it said I need to install new print drivers, but I just want to copy a document on my printer. what's up?

Do you have an active HP Instant Ink subscription? If not HP Instant Ink cartridges will not be accepted.
