I am new to this forum. I posted a question here and I received an email that I had a reply.
However I don't see any reply on the page. I also checked private messages and this is empty.
I am confused because there was two different greetings in the message ( Hi Rivuz , that is me, and Hi steve ) so I suspect there was a mix-up, I don't know. Is it normal to receive this ?
the sender is [Personal Information Removed]
And I am invited to send 'information Name & Contact Number ' at [Personal Information Removed]
Are these email addresses valid ?

It is a scam - the post was removed.
Anytime you see a community invitation to contact "care team" at any email for any reason - it is spam.
Same for phone numbers - HP does not post phone numbers in the community.
NOT.
Do not contact anyone who sends you a message of this type.
HP does not post requests that you call a gmail, outlook, or "any" sneaky consumer based email service.
I am sorry it happened - the battles against the vermin who pray on the unwary is ongoing.
