I received ink cartridge of 65/304 instead of 63/302 and now the 65 won't work

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

 

From where did you get the ink shipped to you? Was it directly from HP, or is it from HP instant ink program?v

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I have the same issue, except I previously used the 63/302 / 65/304 and it was fine.  I changed the cartridge today and there is no error message, but the black ink simply won't print on the page.  I have tried running cleaning cycles, removing the cartridges and putting the old ones back in for 10 mins and then trying again, turning off the power to the printer - everything i can think of.  The printer i have is HP OfficeJet 3835 - it is out of warranty, but like i said it was fine until i changed the cartridge.  I tried to look at the document referenced below, but the page is not there.   Thanks, Susie
