It is saying that I cannot print due to some type of connection error which it shows on my computer is connected it's in blue and I know I had a problem with my billing so I had to update that I did that so do I have to take it off and then reset it so for it to work properly I don't know what to do it's frustrating I have some work to do and I just need help thanks
