I cancelled the Instaink account but my printer wasn't working. I deleted everything I could find in temp files etc. , my hp account, my printer. Tried starting from beginning and the "cloud" brain still remembered and wouldnot finish set up. I got past this by setting it up on my husband's laptop. Several hours of waisted time! The Instaink information just wouldn't go away. Almost ready to give up on everything HP!
