I cancelled my HP Instant Ink account, and HP did cancel it, but the website will not let me delete my credit card information, even though they already had charged me for the last time and cancelled me out of the program. I want to delete my credit card information and also my entire account, but the website does not give an option for that.  I have chatted online with a support person and today talked to another support person on the phone.  They both referred me to a complaint form which did not appear on the web address they provided.  I am beyond frustrated!

Thank you for your input, but there is no option for deleting my account or credit card information when I  go to my account on that site.  When I log in, click on "Account" then choose"Billing" it only brings up the option to either change your credit card information or to choose PayPal as a method of payment.  There is no choice to delete the credit card information or to delete my account.  I have never had a problem deleting my credit card or my account on any other company's site-there has always been a choice to do that on other business sites, but HP doesn't give an account holder the option to do this--it's very frustrating, as HP closed my Instant Ink account since I don't have the HP printer anymore and they charged my card for the last time in April, but my account information is still there on the website. Talking to an HP customer support person on the phone got me nowhere, unfortunately.
