I tried to remove a broken printer from HP Smart account. I cancelled the subscription as directed and enrolled a new printer. But I can't remove the old printer from the the printers list.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to remove the printer from your HP Smart account, I am glad to assist you.

  • Remove a printer from your HP account.
  • NOTE:An HP Smart account is required to use HP Instant Ink. You must cancel the subscription first before you can remove the printer from your account.
  • Sign in to HP Smart.
  • Select your printer, if it is not already selected.
  • Click Remove Printer.
  • Clicking Remove Printer
  • Confirm you want to remove the printer.
