Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer

I was billed for ink cartridges that were to come automatically but I haven't received them. I'd like the ink. What do I do?

You are billed monthly for printed pages, not for ink cartridges, the ink cartridges will arrive automatically when ink level triggers a shipment.
