Yes, I am extremely upset with the fact I was supposed to get 6 months extra free when I called and set my printer up which took 2 in a half hours on the phone with a support agent he said he would put in a code for my 6 months and he was doing this stuff remotely on my laptop well I only got 3 months and now I am suspended from using my printer when I need that for my college classes and printing out my homework and reading material for school. I was lied to and told I would get 6 months for free and you guys only gave me 3 now I truly right now need my printer school just started and I need to print important documents and I cant this is a bunch of horse puke-like I really cant believe that I spent 2 in a half hours on the phone even setting my printer up and then told here ur a new member I will give u 6 months for free and then now 3 months and I am back here again I am about to cancel and go back to canon printer stuff I have never had 1 issue with them at all can someone please give me my free 6 months or do I have to go round and round? Thanks
