Hello, I would like a credit for the 46 duplexed pages that did not print correctly, please. Multiple pages were only printed halfway, some had lines in them, and some were skipped. Also, I would have liked to email someone directly instead of posting to a message board. The "contact us" links led me in circles. Thanks.

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
