My printer was working fine until 2 weeks ago when it started flashing up cartridge error. The colour cartridge is showing as erroring and the printer won't print with the colour cartridge in but if I take it out then I can print in black and white. I can't run a print cleaner or alignment as it says printer busy. I think the cartridge is empty but it says that instant ink won't send a new one until the error is cleared.
I have run all of the diagnostic tests, updated the firmware and done everything else I can. Please help!!

Try the steps mentioned here - HP DeskJet 3630, 4720 Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors
If the issue still persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
