I AM SO ANGRY................... Was subscribing to HP ink whilst I had my business, and all was well.  HOWEVER, then after retiring I started making my own greeting cards, and needed to print a few words on every card such as 'Happy Birthday' or Get Well Soon' etc.... the problem was.... because I was printing cards,  my HP printer recognised this as me typing a whole page of text (A4).

This meant that I was sent ink when I wasnt ready for it, and so I cancelled my subs only to be told I could  carry on using the ink that was already in the printer.  What a con.  Also, that I needed to return the inks I hadn't used?!

Now I have purchased a new HP ink cartridge from a reputable store (W H Smith) and cannot use it as the printer is still saying I need to subscribe!! I DONT WANT TO SUBSCRIBE again as it would be pointless.

I might just as well throw the printer in the refuse bin....it is no use to me like this. Anyone else had the same problem?

i am very disappointed with HP.... had a couple of their printers before, but since I started with the subscription things have gone pear shaped to say the least.
