I PURCHASED A PREPAID CARD AT STAPLES AND WHEN SCRATCHING THE AREA TO REVEAL THE PIN IT REMOVED SOME OF THE LETTER/NUMBERS SO NOW I CAN'T READ THE PIN TO INPUT INTO MY INSTANT INK ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO SO I GET THE $10 CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT?
