I HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS!!
A SPORTS CLUB PURCHASED AN HP PRINTER AND REGISTERED FOR INSTANT INK
THE PEROSN WHO REGISTERED HAS LEFT THE CLUB AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN CANCELLED
THEREFORE I CANT LOG IN TO THE INSTANT INK ACCOUNT
GENUINE HP CARTRIDGES ARE INSTALLED
WEB SERVICES ON THE PRINTER HAS BEEN DISABLED
STILL THE $@&*@!& INSTANT INK MESSAGE APPEARS PREVENTING IT FROM BEING USED
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE NON HP CARTRIDGES FOR THIS PRINTER TO WORK OR IS IT NOW TOTALLY USELESS BECAUSE OF THIS INCOMPREHENSIBLE SYSTEM?
THIS HAS REALLY PUT ME OFF FROM BUYING HP PRODUCTS !!

@CHIVE, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Apologies for the inconvenience. Make sure all the 4 ink cartridges used in the printer are Non-Instant Ink cartridges. Use regular HP Ink cartridges.
Also, check if the web services is completely turned Off.
