I ENROLLED IN INSTANT INK. MY PRINTER DOES NOT HAVE A COLOR OR BLANK INK CARTRIDGE AT THE PRESENT IN THE PRINTER. THEY CANNOT DETERMINE THE INK LEVEL TO SHIP ME MORE INK CARTRIDGES.HOW CAN I LET THEM KNOW.
