Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Mother in Law died so I took her HP OfficeJet 4650 printer.  Set up no issues but was set for Instant Ink and cannot get rid of so will not print after doing about 15 pages.  How can I get rid of?  DO not have her email as disconnected or password.  MY wi fi sees printer but every attempt to print is blocked by Instant Ink.  Even if not using instant ink cartridges.
