HP envy 5052
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Envy 5052 IS connected to the internet.   BUT, has shown OFFLINE since August 2020.  I have been trying with no success to get it online.  It has quit printing.  I was online with support for almost 2 hours last night and just got so frustrated and tired I had to stop.   AND my printer is still not on line. 

 

My question is.  If I cancel my HP Ink subscription, can I buy my own HP ink cartridges from a local retailer and insert into my printer and be able to print?  

 

I just dont don’t want to waste my money like I have for months.  I is ridiculous that I would need to buy a whole new printer.   I just need my printer to print and I do not want to go through what I have again ever with HPInk.

Yes, you can use the regular HP ink cartridges and it will work fine once you have cancelled the Instant Ink subscription.
