Hi there,

My main problem is that my Instant Ink cartridge has been shipped to the wrong address, but it seems there is no way to amend this because it is impossible for me to get an HP support agent on the phone to explain this too.  I have tried calling several times, and apparently need a case number to be allowed to talk to someone.  I cannot get a case number because the HP support page will not let me sign in to my account, and will not recognize my product name or printer serial number.  I have spent two hours now exploring the nooks and crannies of the HP support page and talking to the virtual agent probably 20 times.  Everything I am directed to is completely useless and I am starting to get extremely frustrated.  How am I supposed to get a case number if the HP support system doesn't work properly?  My internet connectivity, browser, OS, software, and everything is perfectly fine.  The only issue is HP's services, and so this has made it impossible for me to fix this issue, talk to someone on the phone, and then explain that I need the ink cartridge sent to the new address I have updated my account with.

Please help before I am madder than a hatter.

Cheers.

Thanks for the information.

I feel somewhat foolish for not having found that.

Your quick response is much appreciated!
