Imprimante n'imprime pas le bleu ( CYAN )

Bonjour, j'ai changé la cartouche d'encre de couleur de mon imprimante et lors du test de diagnostic de qualité d'impression le bleu ( CYAN )  n'imprime pas. J'ai procéder à un alignement des cartouches et celui ci marque échoué.. j'ai aussi fait un nettoyage des cartouche et rien ne fonctionne, le bleu n'imprime toujours pas.... Pouvez-vous m'aidez? J'ai appeler le support mais on me dit que cette imprimante n'est plus prise en charge par Hp... Merci d'avance!!
