I can’t manage to put new ink cassette. It says always that I should check the installation of ink cassette again and the cassette is not right. It says I should change the ink cassette but this is the cassette you send us and We don’t have any other cassette. I don’t understand what is the problem because last time changing went ok and now it is not accepting the cassette. It says the cassette is not the right kind but this is just the cassette you sent us. This far the printer has functioned beautifully!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the printer due to ink cartridge error. I'd be happy to assist you.
Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to know how to correctly install the ink cartridges just to be sure.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
