I can’t manage to put new ink cassette. It says always that I should check the installation of ink cassette again and the cassette is not right. It says I should change the ink cassette but this is the cassette you send us and We don’t have any other cassette. I don’t understand what is the problem because last time changing went ok and now it is not accepting the cassette. It says the cassette is not the right kind but this is just the cassette you sent us. This far the printer has functioned beautifully!
