Wow!
I had given up 4 days ago and was about to take a hammer to this printer and then buy another brand that does not tie me to the internet.
The printer's serial number is CN477142FZ05X4.
the product number A9T80A.
WARRANTY EXPIRED. But I PAID CASH FOR THIS PRINTER IN GOOD FAITH THAT IT WOULD WORK AS LONG AS I TOOK CARE OF IT. I actually HAVE TAKEN GOOD CARE BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CARTRIDGES THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING GREAT FOR MONTHS ARE NOW ( incompatible ) Also they are both half full. I did all the BS things that the HP bot tells you to do but nothing worked. This has been going on for WEEKS> I am trying to fix it without opening the printer up, but I did all the cleaning, clearing, and all the other advised thing and now I am out of ideas. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO REPEAT ANY OF THE SUGGESTED FIXES HP ADVISED as they do not work. Yes, all the cartridges have been cleaned and dust removed before you ask lol. Just trying to save me more wasted time on this site (just saying) 😉
