Incompatible Cartridge errors appearing when using HP Instant Ink Cartridges. Prescribed HP trouble shooting steps do not clear the error.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Which ink cartridge is defective? 

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
