Incompatible Cartridges

HP Recommended
HP Deskjet 4620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the middle of printing I got a message saying I have Incompatible Cartridges.  I only use cartridges sent to me by HP. Ptinyer not printing.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
