I am getting the incompatible cartridge error message. Not sure why it came up because it was working fine. Now I get this message that this printer is not designed to use continuous ink system. I unplugged the printer from the outlet and the back of printer and waited a minute. It still has the same error message. Can someone help?

Reinstall the Cartridges:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it again.
- Open the cartridge access door and remove all the cartridges.
- Carefully reinsert the cartridges, making sure they are properly seated and the protective tape has been removed (if any).
- Close the door and power the printer back on.
Check for Firmware Updates: Update the firmware on an HP printer
