HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

I pay a monthly subscription with yourselves and have just had to replace my ink cartridges. I received these replacement cartridges a couple of months ago now, but have only needed them until now. Firstly why am I paying a monthly fee when I do not need or receive a monthly replacement cartridge? Secondly, the most recent ones I have received are 63/302/65/304 when I have been using 65/304.

Although these appear to fit the printer, the printer will not read these cartridges. I have been getting error messages after trying everything that your virtual  trouble shooter has suggested.  I urgently need this resolved. I await your response .

Apologies for receiving the wrong cartridges. This issue might require one on one interaction over the phone to fix it.
