HI, I have the HP Instant Ink plan of 15 pages/month.
Recently, I noticed that my Rollover page Count is incorrect. Can you help to fix it?
Here is the usage according to the account_history:
23 May, 2023 - 22 June 2023 Plan pages: 15 of 15 used, Rollverover pages 0 of 5 used <== Correct
June 23, 2023 - July 22, 2023 Plan pages: 0 of 15 used, Rollover pages 0 of 5 used <== CORRECT
July 23, 2023 - Aug 22, 2023 Plan pages: 11 of 15 used Rollover pages: 0 of 0 used <== INCORRECT-should be 0 of 20 used
23 Aug 2023 - 22 Sep 2023 (Current) Plan pages: 0 of 15 used Rollover pages 0 of 0 used <== INCORRECT-should be 0 of 24 pages used.
According to the usage, the July23-Aug22 Rollover page should be 5+15=20 pages, and the current period (23Aug-22Sept)'s Rollover page should be 20 + 4 = 24 pages.
Appreciate if you can help me to fix this issue!!
