I am a member of your pay monthly scheme and this time you sent me 65/304 cartridges when I normally receive 63/302 ones. The ones you have sent are NOT compatible with my machine & therefore useless.

Before I go totally insane trying to contact hp to get this matter sorted, can anyone help me please?

I understand you have received an incorrect replacement ink cartridge via HP Instant Ink. Apologies for the same.

Instant Ink cartridges may have different numbers but would be compatible with the printer.

 

  • Did you insert the ink cartridge in the printer and check if it works?
  • Do you get any errors?

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
