When prompted to replace the colour cartridge to a new one, the printer kept suggesting to take it off and put it back in again (as if it’s not reading the cartridge).
I have since gone on the virtual chat and tried everything from the steps provided but nothing worked. I did check the gold dots on the back of the cartridge (where it connects to the inside of the printer) and some of it is worn down to the point that there’s no golden metal left.
Since I have a HP Ink subscription, is it somehow possible to get a replacement cartridge?
