My printer has been displaying the message that to "Remove and reinstall ink cartridges, (HP Instant Ink) making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK".

I have done this step many times and tried to remedy it with the online virtual assistant suggestions, the online and also chat, which stopped working stating it was "Currently Unavailable" in the middle of our conversation.
